A service planned around your bike
A daily rider and a bike that comes out on weekends can have different service histories. Tell Steve the model, year, kilometres and when the last service was done. If you have records of previous work, bring them along so you can discuss what is due and any concerns you have noticed.
Mention the little things
Changes in starting, running, braking or clutch feel are worth mentioning when you book. Describe when they happen, whether the engine is cold or warm, and whether anything has recently been changed. The workshop also handles brakes, clutches, diagnostics and electrical work, so you can talk through these alongside your service.
